Why not sign up for the Be A Bestseller – Structure Your Story for Success masterclass series?

My friend, Emma Dhesi, has brought together 20+ writers, creatives, and influencers for this complimentary training series on ways to structure your stories, develop plot twists and manage your projects, rejuvenating both your writing and your energy.

And you can access it all by clicking here: https://masterclass.beabestseller.net/SylviaHubbard

Is it possible to write your book in only a few writing sessions a week?

Absolutely.

But is it as easy as some people make it sound?

Definitely not.

And it’s downright impossible if you never get started.

Do you marvel at how published writers plot and put together such wonderful stories? Whether it be literary, psychological thriller, epic fantasy, Western romance and everything in between?

Do you admire how they bring their stories full circle, connect all the dots and leave readers wanting more, and you how they did it?

Believe me, they didn’t do it alone. Crafting a novel takes time, and it takes support – sometimes a lot of it.

And that’s why I’m so excited for the Be A Bestseller – Structure Your Story For Success masterclass. It’s a gathering of writers who know the challenges you’re facing in your work.

Writers who’ve taken time to understand how best to create writing rituals, use a story structure that works for them, and build a community. Authors who use new ways to find fans and keep them engaged.

This two-week summit lets you in on their strategies and tips, insights you won’t find anywhere else on how to revise, world build and put together a query letter that rocks!

It’s totally free, but you have to sign up to get access.

Happy Writing!

#MotownWriters Authors Promotions Assignments – Helping you to work as an author… Take the one week Challenge #mmm

We all need that kick in the pants or just get one book sold for the week to inspire us to keep going.

#MotownWriters is starting a small authors promotions group. It’ll get complicated as we grow, but for now, we’re starting small and helping you to be a better writer by helping each other as well.

Are you ready to take the challenge?

First, make sure you subscribe to updates on this website, click here.

Second, if you aren’t a member on FB to get the 9am weekly updates on Sunday and ask any questions, join now. Click here

Third, get your calendar out and watch the video.

Fourth, in the comments below, let us know you’re taking the challenge.

Now let’s get ready to do this!

Here are the weekly assignments as discussed in the video:

Monday: #MondayBlog (suggested topic) Why I wrote my book or Why do I write (post on your blog to send out on monday)

Wednesday: Create a promotional graphic for your book or just your blog (if you don’t have a book). Go to Canva.com or Bookbrush.com. They’re free. Send out to Facebook, Twitter & Instagram with the hashtag #WritersWednesday and then describe how your writing makes readers feel or copy/paste a review of someone talking about your writing.

Friday: Grab an Interview or Interview someone. A Cheat is in the video, but also you can  download the pdf How to grab Podcast Interviews. (click here) You don’t have to have the interview that day, but schedule out an interview for a later date and then come back and let us know.

Post your completed assignment links here or on Motown Writers FB group. http://facebook.com/group/motownwriters

You can use the hashtag #mwn or tag on @sylviahubbard1 on Twitter and Instagram if you’d like me to share throughout the week your accomplishment.

NEXT WEEK’S ASSIGNMENT

I’ll be doing a live on the Facebook group at 9am (mark your calendars) to talk about the results. You have permission to brag. And to get ready for next weeks assignments. We’ll discuss your bio, which we will encourage you to post. (No more than 250 words and in 3rd person please) and also we’ll send out a checklist for your website and social media.
